Pink noise makes an excellent source for many of the Auricula plug-ins. You can find it in the downloads section of the AuriculaOnline web site:

For Helices, check here:

I'm a beginner at ear training, can you give us some tips on how to use these excercises effectively, by saying that I meant which ones should we do first? and in what row should we do these excercises? Cuz i find some of the excercises are hard to do for my level.

you said pink noise is a good sound source to use, by saying this does this mean that we use this pink noise to do the excercises? Can you give us tips on what types of music are good to use for these excercises? and which type is for which type of excercise? (ex:maybe concha for rock music, etc.)
OR..should we just use pink noise?

anyways, give us as many tips as you can please...thanks.

We're trying to provide more material on the site for you to use in this regard. The site is updated periodically so you should check back every month or so.

The Helices materials are recent additions, and can be found here: http://forum.auriculaonline.com/viewforum.php?f=4
